File naming:
Track number - Artistname - Songname - Type (e.g., 01 Artist - Title - MULTITRACKS)
If you’re sending a bundle, name the folder the same as the track/project.

What to send (multitracks / tracks):
Best: WAV/AIFF
Each track separately (kick, snare, bass, vox, etc.) or logical groups (if that’s how you work)
No master-chain on the master bus (no limiter / no clipping)
If you have vocal versions (lead/doubles/backs/adlibs) — send them separately

Alignment and start:
All tracks must start exactly at 0:00 (same start), even if there’s silence at the beginning
All files must be the same length (so they line up perfectly in the session)

Bit depth:
32-bit (recommended) floating point (alternatively 24-bit TDIF or triangular dithered minimum)

Sample rate:
native — the one you recorded and worked on the project in (no conversion)

Headroom / levels:
avoid clipping on individual tracks and groups
if you’re sending stems/groups, the highest peak should not exceed -1 dBFS

Plug-ins:
keep processors that build the sound character (sound design, creative FX) if they are integral to the track
avoid “loudness” processors on the master bus (limiter/clipping)
Everything you run the tracks through becomes part of the mix

Important (support materials):
If you can, include: rough mix / demo (your vision), instrumental version (if it exists), acapella (if you need it), info: tempo (BPM) + key (if relevant)

References:
if you have a limited number of references, please send them as well (max 1–3, specific)
