Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Services) – Black View Studio®

Black View Studio® offers only custom-made digital services. All work and delivery are handled online. We do not ship physical products.

1) What “delivery” means

For the store, “delivery” means:

▪️completion of the ordered digital service, and

▪️providing the client with the results online (e.g., download link, transfer, email).

2) Delivery method

Delivery is digital only, in particular via:

▪️an email message with a link/files, and/or

▪️online transfer (download link),

▪️other channels listed in the service description.

We do not offer courier or parcel locker delivery.

3) Delivery costs

Because delivery is digital:

▪️delivery cost is 0 PLN,

▪️there are no shipping, packaging, or carrier fees.

4) What happens after purchase

After the order is placed and paid, the client receives an email with:

▪️a link to the brief (if applicable), and

▪️instructions for sending materials (upload/file transfer).

5) Start and turnaround time

Turnaround time is counted in business days (Monday–Friday) and starts when we receive all required information, including:

▪️files/materials from the client,

▪️a completed brief,

▪️references and the goal (if required for the service).

Available turnaround options (e.g., Standard / Priority / Express) are listed on the page of the specific service.

6) Client materials (technical requirements)

The client sends files according to the requirements listed on the service page (e.g., stereo premaster or stems).
If the submitted materials do not meet the minimum technical requirements (e.g., clipping, missing stems, wrong format), we may request a corrected export to complete the order properly.

7) Revisions

The revision scope follows the description of the specific service on the product page.
Revisions apply to the same material version (same export/same stem pack).
A new mix/new export/new recordings/new stem pack are treated as a new material version and may require an extra fee or a new order (agreed individually).

8) Service coverage

We work with clients worldwide. Since delivery is digital, the client’s location does not affect the delivery method.

9) Delivery issues (no email / link not working)

If you did not receive an email after purchase or there is an issue with the brief/transfer link:

▪️check your SPAM/Promotions folder, and

▪️contact us via the contact form or the email listed in the store footer.
