Stereo premaster:

• 1 WAV/AIFF file, preferably 32-bit (sample rate as in the source)
  
• no clipping, True Peak < 0 dB (with headroom)
  
• keep the dynamics (less limiting = better result)
  
• if you have a limiter on the master bus: remove it for export (you can add the limited version as a reference)
  
• include 1–2 references + a note: goal (streaming / club) + loudness preference (LUFS)

01) What do I choose in the options: Single / Dual / EP / Album?
You choose the number of tracks in the package: Single = 1, Dual = 2, EP = 3–4, Album = 5 (the 5 Track’s package includes -13%).
2) Is this stereo mastering or stem mastering?
This is stereo mastering — you send 1 stereo premaster per track.
3) What should I send after purchase?
Stereo premaster(s) WAV/AIFF (preferably 32-bit) + 1–2 references + a note: goal (streaming/club) and loudness preference (LUFS).
4) Can I specify a target loudness (LUFS)?
Yes. In the brief, include your target LUFS and goal (streaming/club). We’ll match the master to your preferences and the material, while keeping quality and translation.
5) How do revisions work?
Revisions are unlimited for 7 days and apply to the same file version (same export). A new mix/export = a new version.
6) Do I need to remove the limiter from the master bus?
Yes, it’s best to remove the limiter for export. If the limiter is part of the sound, add the limited version as a reference.
7) What exactly do I receive at the end?
Premium pack: 96/32, 96/24, 48/24, 44.1/24, 44.1/16 + MP3 320.
8) Is “2 days” in Express counted as business days?
Yes, turnaround time is counted in business days.
