FAQ

Which package should I choose: Single, Double, EP or Album?

Choose based on the number of tracks in your release: Single = 1 track, Double = 2 tracks, EP = 3–4 tracks, Album = 5 tracks.

What exactly should I send?

Send 1 stereo premaster per track in WAV or AIFF, preferably 32-bit, plus 1–2 references, your release goal and loudness preference.

Can I leave a limiter on the master bus?

No. Please export without a limiter on the master bus. If you like your limited version, you can include it as a reference.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are unlimited for 7 days and apply to the same file version. A new mix or new export is treated as a new version.

When does turnaround start?

Turnaround starts once we receive your files and completed brief.

What do I receive at the end?

You receive the finished master and the selected release-ready file formats.
